Is a photo need to focus? In my mind isn't. Be-course It has a art, strange beauty. I captured some sight with out of focus. Paint with light is called for out of focus photos which has a art and beauty. This name proposed by Mr. Guenter Mik. He is teacher, photographer and artist.
